Rip off!!! $9.98 for first hour is posted. $19.96 for 2 hours. After that there's nothing posted but it does say something about event rates. Bottom line is I was in the garage for 2 hours and 54 minutes and paid $51!!!! exact rates are not posted anywhere or on their website. So they've got you over a barrel. Live and learn. The city should come down on these people because they make it difficult for anybody to come down and enjoy the downtown. So like another person that left a review earlier said, this explains why the garage is mostly empty. People have wised up.

DO NOT PARK HERE FOR CONCERTS AT ASCEND AMPHITHEATRE. 1) got stuck on an elevator with 12 people and they couldn't get it open. we sat there for 20 minutes before the tiniest person in front pried open the doors. walked up the stairs to our car and it took over an hour to be able to leave the garage. I walked back down the ramp to see what was happening and there were no cops or attendants directing traffic and one exit to the ramp was closed. then the exit arm literally BROKE ON TOP OF SOMEONES CAR AND DENTED IT and the attendant said it was their fault, even though I had been standing there for 30 minutes watching that arm wobble up and down, nobody hit it once, it just fell. on top of that we were charged for the hour that we sat in the garage unable to move because nobody did anything

This garage is in the perfect spot for Ascend Amphitheater; I'll continue to use it. However, when I used it for parking in September 2024, it was $30 for the evening; in April 2025, it had already increased to $40! The price was clearly displayed before I entered the garage, but just BEWARE!!!! Updated: Just used the garage again last weekend for another concert at Ascend. Had to wait 1.5 hours from Level 5 parking to exit the structure due to traffic on Friday night. Yuck! Lowering to 2 stars...but yes, I'll still use it; I'll just leave the concert before the last song. And, price increased to $42.

If I could give this garage zero stars, I would. This facility is entirely unprepared for event traffic and is a complete waste of time and money. The gate frequently malfunctions, leaving drivers stranded for hours with no clear resolution. The so-called “help line” is nearly impossible to reach, and when you do get through, the staff offers little to no assistance. The lack of organization, poor customer service, and failure to maintain basic operations make this one of the worst parking experiences I’ve ever had. Avoid this garage at all costs—especially during events. It’s an overpriced mess that doesn’t value your time or patience.

No problems on my end. I parked here two days in a row just to do some sightseeing, once I signed up online it kept track of when I arrived and left and charged me accordingly. Lots of signage telling you where to park and with QR codes linking to the payment app.
