Premier Parking 301 JRP Lot

Pricing is not up front and then you get stuck with astronomical rates. This is not a traditional garage with posted prices and hourly rates. Avoid at all costs!!! I got caught in their trap when visiting Nashville. Their response is that rates are in the app. As a first time user, I didn’t have the app. And did not see the rate easily or I would have moved the car! By the time I scanned the QR code I was parked and committed.

Scam! i scanned the QR code located on a sign in and it said it was the wrong lot. initially it said it would cost $30. then it went up to $55 and after returning from our work event found an $80 ticket on my car. there’s no phone number to ask why their signs are inaccurate and customer service is basically non existent.

It’s unreal how every open lot in the Nashville area has been over taken by these pay to park companies. No one wants to pay to park to go into business or restaurant. Even in the building I live in, no one can come into the garage (even if it’s to drop something off or a friend visiting) without having to pay a fee to park. It’s absolutely ridiculous and causes the businesses to suffer from it. I purposely avoid going to certain businesses because I’m not paying to park. Should at least have a free period or way to validate

WORST EXPERIENCE PARKING . And their “ customer service” representatives have no customer service skills lol I give this company 3 more years before they are no longer. They already have like a 1 out of 5 with the BBB. Having emphatic employees will take a business a long way. And I wouldn’t have been upset about the over charged prices if your employees handled it better.

This is a scam at a lawyer hiring level. Prices not posted, you have to get out of car to scan QR code. Once you do that and find out the price is crazy high and leave, they charge you for parking. 100% illegal scam here. Please reach out to other victims for a class action lawsuit.
