Premier Parking L&C Garage

This has got to be one of the worst parking garages in Nashville. Inclines are too steep and the parking spaces are too small and the angles are too tight. Driving a four-door truck in here is awful. Stay out of here. And it's overpriced $40 for 3 hours on a Wednesday You got to be kidding me

$10 for parking? ONLY IF YOU PLAN ON BEING THERE FOR 2 MINUTES... OTHERWISE BE PREPARED FOR A $40 PARKING FEE. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!! This garage is the worst in the city, scam prices at the gates, extremely tight spots, and the worst designed garage ive ever been in. Nashville would be a better city if this parking garage were to be involved in an earthquake, or a sinkhole, or *insert literally anything to wipe it off the map*. Go to the library garage for more maneuverability, a cleaner experience, and more than half the price. I dont even want to hear the support team reach out to me on this review. If they really want to support their customers, they can schedule a demolition for the garage ASAP.

Prepaid with ParkWhiz and Metropolis charged me $42 anyway. When I contacted Customer Support, they got back to me three days later and said the charge is valid without even looking into it. Had to file a credit card complaint.

If I could give it negative stars I would. This was our go to reasonably priced garage, $10-$15. When we drove out, after being there 3 hours, the cost was $44! Never again!! No security on site, tight spaces, pee filled stairwell, NOT worth the price. Metropolis is doing this city a disservice by buying up lots and driving up the prices!

Parked in this lot for a concert at the Ryman. Rates are expensive and there is no security or cameras. Our car was broken into while we were parked in this lot. The last hour of us being parked in this lot was due to police report being filed. You can’t get in touch with a human being to discuss any problems that may happen. Everything is computerized which causes issues. I’ve parked in this lot many times in the last 12 years but I’ll never do it again. The responding metro police officer recommended parking in Music City Center because they have more security.
