Joe, the owner, was really nice. We moved into our new home and heard that we absolutely had to have a termite bond. We came to South Carolina from a state where there are no termites. We honestly didn't have the $1,000 to drop on a termite bond. My wife and I were fretting about it for months when we finally decided to call Premier Pest Solution. I'm so glad we did. Joe didn't try to force us to buy a bond and he told us about some other options. Joe is an honest guy who will let you know all your options. Highly recommend him.
