Premier Services were so professional and worked Cleanly and Quickly in determining why our kitchen sink would not drain! After unsuccessfully trying to do the snake below the sink, they knew they had to cut the pvc line down stairs to get the snake to go in (we did not have an outlet downstairs,) and even had to chisel inside the pipe to break our clog, (our house is 30 years old.) Also, they raised the pipe for a better pitch, for better flow! So happy and please with their work and their personalities! Very Quick to reply, to my distress call!! Thank you so so very much!!! I contacted Premier and spoke with Bob about my problem and he came out that day to inspect the situation. I had a leaking and broken single handle shower faucet, he advised me of the work that was needed and gave me an estimate for the job,( I had another pro who was unsure if they would be able to the job and very high estimate and work which I wasn't comfortable with), Bob set up an appointment and was very prompt. He went right to work and there was no inconvience to us. Work was performed in a timely manner and exactly what we wanted. Bob was very professional and awesome to work with! I highly recommend Premier Plumbing. Bob and Steve have worked on many projects at my house. They installed a new shower system, an ice machine, new faucets & toilet. They even installed a new tankless water heater. They can do it all! Bob is very responsive and they are a pleasure to work with.

Bob and his son Steve help me move the waterlines for the washer and dryer. They moved the water and gas line, without breaking the bank. They're reasonably priced, professional and responsive. Bob found a broken plug for the furnace's condensation pump and fixed it for free. I highly recommend their handy work.

Bob came to my home to repair a leaky seal under the upstairs toilet. He had to remove a large part of the ceiling in the room below to get access to the problem. He then realized he cut under where the bathtub lies and was not directly under the toilet. He proceeded to cut Another large section of the ceiling on the other side of the room below to gain access to the toilet. Still he could not figure out where the main pipe was to fix. He said he would have to cut through a wall in another room to get to the problem. Needless to say he was Very angry about the situation and stated it was becoming TOO big of a job for him to do that day. He would have to come again another day.
