Great experience with Premier from sale to final inspection! Exceptional project management - all trades were well scheduled and choreographed. All the trades showed up on schedule. Project team communicated well regarding scheduling and next steps. The project manager was present when the trades started a task and prior to them completing the task. Good communication also regarding the required city inspections. The end product was actually better than expected and training was thorough on how to use all the equipment and maintain the pool. Couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.

We are so happy we chose Premier Pools and Spas-Houston NW as our pool builders! This was our first pool and we had a lot of questions along the way, but Sean, Chase, Mickey & Tyson were all very responsive, knowledgeable and patient with us. Overall it took them 6 weeks from dig date to plaster-couldn’t have asked for better!
