I can’t say enough great things about Premier Pools in Hendersonville. From start to finish, the entire process was completely stress-free and truly tailored to our needs. They were incredibly accommodating, patient, and attentive, making sure every detail aligned perfectly with what we envisioned for our backyard. From the very first consultation, we felt heard. The team took the time to clearly explain options, timelines, and costs, so there were no surprises along the way. Their transparency and organization made the experience smooth and enjoyable. The office staff was especially friendly and professional — always quick to respond, very informative, and happy to answer every question we had (and we had plenty!). Communication was consistent and reassuring throughout the entire project.

It has been a real pleasure working with Premier Pools North on our pool and backyard project. From sitting down to see their design to the final inspection. It has been really nice getting to know everyone that had a hand in our project. This is a family run business at this location. They really do go above and beyond to make sure that you're happy with everything. I had gotten about 4 different bids for our pool project. Premier Pools was the 1st bid we got. The entire process was professional, well-organized, and exceeded my expectations in both quality and service. The final pool turned out beautifully, and the project was handled with care, transparency, and attention to detail. 1. Initial Meeting / Pool Design The initial consultation and design phase was excellent. The designer took the time to truly listen to what I wanted and offered thoughtful suggestions that improved the overall design. Everything was clearly explained — from layout and materials to features and options — and I never felt rushed or pressured.

Starting with the initial consultation we knew we were in the right place. We had been contacting pool companies for about 2 years and were blown off or no showed by every one of them. Jennifer responded quickly to our inquiry, showed up for the in home consultation and had a great presentation when we arrived to view the rendering and site plan. We were told when we signed our contract that we would receive weekly updates on the project. I have heard that from about every contractor and none have followed through. Shelly did not miss a single weekly update throughout the entire project from dig to final walk through. The crew broke ground on June 9th and were able to swim in the pool on 4th of July.
