I had an outstanding experience working with Premier Pools & Spas on our pool project. From the very beginning, their team was professional, organized, and committed to delivering a great result. Building a pool is a major project, but Premier Pools & Spas made the entire process smooth and well managed. Communication throughout the project was excellent, timelines were clear, and every crew that came to the site worked with professionalism and pride in their craftsmanship. From day one, our experience with Premier Pools Charlotte East was outstanding! We immediately built a great relationship with our designer, Ralph, who took the time to ask detailed questions and made sure every one of our requests was met. Our project manager, Wesley, was equally fantastic—he kept the project on track, communicated clearly about each step of the process, and made everything run smoothly from start to finish. From start to finish our pool experience was wonderful. Craig was our initial contact with Premier Pools. He did a great design and walked us through the whole pool building process. Our construction manager was Justin, he was excellent. Craig and Justin worked great together making sure all of our questions were answered in a very timely manner. The communication from both Craig and Justin was better than could be expected. We are more than happy with our finished product.

Extremely happy with our new Premier Pool. Everything turned out even better than we hoped. The Premier Team of Ralph, Wesley, and Kayla were exceptional. From the custom designing and follow up with Ralph to Wesley (Project Mgr) managing every step with crews, and Kayla’s support on questions, documents, and communication…it was so smooth. To no surprise the pool was built exactly on time. Most of the crews even went above and beyond in protecting/shielding the house during construction as well as daily cleanup. We love it and HIGHLY recommend Premier Pools! Can’t wait for hot weather to return!

We had such a great experience with Premier Pools. The process from start to finish was amazing. Craig Gruner was amazing to work with during the sales and design process. He met with us several times to make design changes and explained the process very thoroughly. When the build started, Justin Ashley took over and made the process seamless. The build went smoothly and actually finished two weeks ahead of schedule. Justin was always available and answered any and all questions during the build. We love our pool and look forward to years and years of fun and relaxation!
