From day one he answered all my questions and was there for me whenever I needed anything through out my project and now that my pool Has been completed he has still been in contact with me to make sure everything is working correctly. After the very first meeting with our pool designer Zack. I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He had a very good sense of design. I showed him some pictures of what I wanted and he knew exactly how to do it. We went with his very first rendition. I trusted him and let him make any design changes he thought would be appropriate. Our vanishing edge pool came out fantastic. The whole experience was a pleasure. Zack along with his construction manager Steve were always responsive and took care of anything that needed attention. Their whole team was very skilled and did an incredible job. They also completed the job in 10 weeks, which I thought was really fast. Premier Pool... the name proved true with our pool completed on time and on budget. Made a few changes, but Kyle Willis and his team were simply accommodating and professional throughout the process. We never had to cll for updates, as their online portal and emails/texts kept us informed of all stages. This is our fourth pool to have had built, and Kyle and Premier are indeed the best. I simply could not be more pleased and thoroughly endorse and encourage to consider them as I am confident you too will be pleased. We had an excellent experience with Primer Pools and can’t recommend them enough. Louie and Ruben were fantastic to work with from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent through a group pool chat, which made a huge difference—we always knew what to expect each day and what was coming next. There were no hidden costs or surprise charges, which we really appreciated. The entire process felt transparent and well-managed. We did a full backyard remodel including a pool, concrete, built-in fire pit, and a turfed dog run, and everything turned out absolutely beautiful. Premier pools did an outstanding job on our pool from design to digging to full construction to clean up and finally getting to see our beautiful, sparkling oasis of a pool. It was a great experience, Kyle Willis was terrific throughout, he kept everyone up to speed, met deadline after deadline, communicated well, was there for us all the way through.
