Jake has done work around our home for a number of years. He is always punctual and he does a great job. I’ve had him clean my gutters, power wash my deck and driveway, and clean the moss off of my roof. The detail that he puts into each of these tasks has been amazing. I would recommend his company without reservation!

We use Premier Property Maintenance to both clean our windows and pressure wash our driveway and patio at our house. Not only were both the windows and concrete left incredibly clean, but the employee cleaned up nicely after himself as well. Superior performance & quality work. I had been using a competitor for a couple of years to clean my gutters. The service provided by Premier Property Maintenance is nothing short of perfection.
