I can't say enough good things about this company. From the start, my project manager Michael Head was amazing. Immensely knowledgeable, thorough and professional. He carefully walked me through every step of the process, worked directly with insurance adjustors to ensure I was accounting for all damages incurred and made sure that everything went smoothly. The process was very simple and the job was performed better than expected. Nothing short of an incredible experience from beginning to end and I am now recommending Premier Restoration & Construction to everyone I know!

Derek has provided amazing Customer Service as we’ve replaced our flat roof on our building. He researched our hail Claim, reached out to the insurance company and negotiated with them on the cost, scheduled the job and stayed in touch at every stage of the process. It is very difficult to find this level of Customer Service these days. We really appreciated how well Derek communicated and how he addressed every single concern that we had. We even had to call him at times on the weekend and he always responded promptly. He also was on the job the entire time, and each day apprised us of the progress and sent photos. We are very impressed with Derek and will be using premier Roofing and Restoration in the future for all of our roofing jobs.

Chief and his crew did an amazing job!! He showed up punctual and walked us through everything very clearly. Chief is very detailed orientated! Thanks to his professionalism and timeliness, we were able to get everything replaced within one day. Would highly recommend using this company.

Very easy company to work with. Jake Taton went out of his way to ensure we had everything done we asked for. The guys doing the installation were very polite and always cleaned up around the house before leaving at night. All in all a great experience. Would recommend to anyone looking for roof work.
