Home warranty gave me this company to repair our refrigerator and oven. first appointment was on time. Second appointment they could not fix either problem due to defective parts they got and not knowing how to diagnose the problem. Third appointment they fixed the issues but were 2 hours late, did not respond to voice mail or phone calls the entire day. Communication is important! We had to shut off the oven during lunch preparation to accommodate their late arrival and non-communication. At least they fixed the problem after googling the issues during their second visit!

Used this company through home warranty- they came and fixed the washer, ran it a cycle, it didnt work, they said that it needed another part, they took the washer and that was over 3 months ago. They dont answer the phone (we tried calling for 3 weeks and never got an answer) and are the worst customer service I’ve dealt with as a person who oversees 400+ properties. Why american home shield would use this company with such horrible service i have no idea. We still don’t have our washer back or have heard from them since.

Went threw my home warranty ant they were to fix a ice maker in my refrigerator. After waiting 2 months to get the part they ordered the wrong one and then the Teck said he had the correct one at the shop and would come back the next day. That has been over a month ago. I still don’t have my ice maker fixed and they haven’t contacted me, but they have been paid to do the job. #neveragain

Home warranty contracted service provider. Missed 1st appointment, never answered calls, or returned them. Missed 2nd appointment for follow-up service after 1st service. My fridge has not worked correctly since they touched it last Friday. Its now Tuesday and I have to get another contractor to do what they were supposed to do.

My ac/ heating unit was replaced a year or so ago and it was a long dreaded process with warranty company, who we no longer have, but once completion everything worked . Fast forward to this day........ noticed the air wasn't cooling like it should and we haven't even hit the high 90s yet. So I called my friend, a certified AC technician out only to find out the unprofessional installation that was done in the attic, instead of proper ducting, tape was used. It's gets well over 120° up there so so now there's a gap big enough to stick your hands in up to your forearm,so my cold air is going into the attic, If that wasn't bad enough, the copper line leaving the unit outside carries a larger line going to coil, instead of replacing line, they pinched the line from the unit down to accomm
