We had a great experience with Premier Tree Service. The entire crew was incredibly kind and considerate, and Jon took exceptional care every step of the way. Even in freezing cold weather, he never rushed the job and made sure everything was done thoroughly and thoughtfully. The service was professional, friendly, and the pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend!

I did a review quite a while ago. I was pleased with the tree removals. I had to have 3 taken down. The trimming was done mainly so the trucks could get in and out of the property. I was very, very pleased with the removal crew. Unfortunately I had had an accident so could not be outside to watch the proceedings. But they cleaned up after themselves and did a good job. The pick- up took a lot longer than I expected. The logs sat on my front lawn for several weeks and I was afraid someone might get hurt. However they came when they could and hauled the logs away. I had the stump ground down in the front yard and the worker did a good job but I didnt expect the mounds that were left behind. I thought it would have been raked at least. I’m no expert but I think I had a very complicated tree removal. I live in west park Cleveland, houses are all close together and my driveway isn’t very wide. My tree was monstrous, was Tucked in my back yard and butted up to my garage. I had a few tree services stand me up because they wanted nothing to do with the job but Premier came out and made easy work of it even without being able to use a crane. The crew was awesome. Showed up promptly every morning and did the job in the brutal cold. Hauled away everything with ease and didn’t leave a scratch on anything on my property. Truth be told I expected part of my fence or garage to take some damage and I wouldn’t have been mad had it happened but the Premier crew made sure it didn’t. Tree removal was successful- however, they decided to proceed with the work during a rainy period. Yard was completely destroyed. Company reached out on their behalf to offer yard restoration; however, they no longer answered my calls or returned emails / multiple voicemails when I reached out to schedule the restoration services. Would not recommend.

We were very pleased with Premier Tree Specialists Columbus. I needed several things done. One of our ash trees was infected with the ash borer insect, and it needed to be removed. I needed foliage removed that was near that tree. I also requested that branches dIrectly above our chimney be removed. Finally, a large branch from another tree was broken & resting on our neighbor's shed, and I needed that branch removed. Robbie Morris came out, assessed the situation, and gave me a very reasonable estimate. In just a few weeks' time Robbie, Billy & Brian came and did the work. They were kind, respectful, and hard working. In a relatively short period of time all of the work was done and cleaned up. Robbie was easy to work with and very accommodating to my schedule.
