We had an emergency at our suite of offices in Durham. They came out the same day repaired the ac. This was last summer when it was so hot. I meant to leave this review a long time ago, but you know how sometimes you get busy. I recommend you call these for any HVAC repair or issues. Thanks guys.

If you are looking for a professional affordable and efficient HVAC company, this is the place. The owner was able to work me in for a quote the same day I called. They were able to provide service within 2 days of approving the estimate. The owner was kind enough to work around a holiday to get me a quote so I could make a decision about service. The cost of the service was below other companies that I had provide a quote. This place has the small business attention and detail with the comparable knowledge and professionalism of a larger company. Their communication was top notch and they did the job in a timely manner and they didn’t make a mess. These guys are fantastic! I had both HVAC systems go down in one moth (upstairs & downstairs). On both occasions they answered my phone calls on the first call and installed the new units within 24 hours. I received multiple quotes and Premiere Mechanical was significantly cheaper than the others (I went with Trane units). Only took them a couple hours to do the install and they did a great job cleaning up after the work was completed. The crew was a great group of guys, same crew for both units and the owner was here for both installs. The owner is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what's going on and provide options.
