Parkway mechanical was great installed our furnace. Premistar took it over and there nothing but a bunch of money hungry people. Had them come out and do a cleaning for my furnace the first time in about 4 years. They charge me $135 to replace the $15 filter and said everything was clean and ready to go for the winter. A month later I had a breakdown. I called them back to come out 3:00 on a Saturday afternoon with no heat in my house. They wanted to charge me $185 to come out, $65 truck fee $25 gas fee and then said if there were any parts needed I would have to open up their online part store for $65, JUST TO USE IT! . I had another guy come out from Iliniana, they found a water drain tube was clogged and that was the reason for my breakdown. I told them that this other company premistar

I've been using Parkway Mechanical, Inc. for over 25 years & 2 houses. Reasonably priced, professional and they do everything they can to fit us in within a reasonable amount of time! I feel confident knowing I will not be sold something I do not need. That said, we've had hot water heaters, a furnace & air conditioner replaced (all failing us) and had furnace humidifiers installed in both of our homes through Parkway and know they will be honest in replacing what we need. They've gone the extra mile as well. Trustworthy and dependable!

Honest, fair efficient. Installed my face and air 11 years ago, service free until a family of mice and failed 25 year old thermostat caused a problem with my air during record memorial day heat. Fixed , priced very fairly, and a union company. Thank you, Parkway!!

Had an 11 year old water heater repaired. They charged me $1,335 for a gas valve. Never told me how much it would be till it was over. This company is a rip off.

Our furnace had taken a dive and they had the most affordable furnaces installed and removal around and they were very helpful and gracious to us.
