Called Tom at Premium Carpet care and had a ton of questions about what types of help and care my carpets would need for the crazy grandkid spots on them. He was soooo very helpful and patient with the possibilities of what could/would happen with the process. I got a text when he was on his way, and when he arrived and we walked through the house, he described how he would take care of all of the spots and traffic areas. Tom and his son, Evan, did a great job and our carpets were FILTHY!! I can't believe how clean they are now. They use protectors for corners of walls and put protective squares under the furniture and even worked on the spots where the carpet butts up to vinyl flooring that gets very dirty.
