All good until I try to return 1 box of material and they refuse to honor it. Though it says at bottom of the invoice that no return on special order, but there's nowhere on the invoice saying this is a special order and the salesman never mention it to me.

Never had any problems plus great help at finding hard to locate product

Word of advice: Be sure your quote includes "both" materials and installation. Mine did not. I was already to proceed forward with this flooring purchase, when I caught this ommision on their quote. Once this error was corrected, the cost jumped up over $4,000+. Their sales rep did not offer me a discount for this error. Plus, the material I originally chose was not even in stock. However, if you have installation ?'s, Pilo is a very helpful representative and really tries to help his customers get the info they need.

We bought over a $1000 worth of product from them on Nov 9. Our project kept getting delayed with Covid-19 issues. Since we middle of the worst part of the Covid surge, and we have underlying health conditions we didn't want to chance going back to return about $100 worth of excess. Went in today, Jan 4, 25 days after their 30 day return policy expired, they would not return our items. Seems in these difficult times they would have allowed this. We will never go back
