Alex explained the process for diagnosing the repair and then explained the work that was recommended along with a quote. The work was completed to our satisfaction in just over an hour. I called Premier Garage Door today and they were able to come out the same day to do my repairs. Jayson was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable , and informative. He quoted my price before the repairs started and explained and showed me everything before any work was preformed. Afterwards he showed me how to perform regular maintenance to ensure that I was able to do what was needed to increase the working life of my garage door. Overall an excellent experience and I will not hesitate to call them in the future for all of my garage door needs.

I do not recommend this company. When I first called, the representative never mentioned a service fee. The technician, Alex, came out and quoted me $1,700 just to replace a set of springs — which I felt was outrageous. When I declined, he then mentioned an $89 service call fee that I had not been told about. He later offered a cheaper option at $600 for a lower-grade spring set, explaining that it would last around 10,000 cycles instead of 30,000. I agreed to that. However, the very next day, I experienced the exact same problem. He returned once to adjust it, but only a few days later the gate failed again. When I called him back, he refused to return, insisting the only solution was to pay the full $1,700 for the higher-grade springs. To me, this feels like a “bait and switch” approac

They have done a fantastic job on our garage doors, bringing them back to full operation!
