Ken and Linda went ABOVE and BEYOND from start to finish with our project. Ken inventoried all of the items and he specifically marked plans and provided individual instructions for the Subcontractor to follow with the install. We had such a great experience at Premium Hardware. Linda was amazing from the moment we walked in. She was so friendly, helpful, and clearly knew her stuff. We gave her our budget and she handed us a stack of stickies so we could walk around and mark the ones we liked. It was such a simple but genius way to narrow things down. Once we finished, she put everything on a view board so we could compare and make choices without feeling overwhelmed. It made the whole process so easy and efficient. We did end up going a little over budget, but the pricing was always clear and upfront. Linda was honest with us from the start and even pointed out when something we liked was going to push us over.
