Premium Parking - P1080

I have to say this is the best customer experience this old lady has ever experienced. I paid for airport parking to go attend a wedding out of state, but I was having difficulty booking an uber to take me to the airport. A nice gentleman named John said he saw me on security video in the lobby looking upset. He offered to help me book an uber but my phone was not cooperating. After tireless attempts to book an uber, John offered to drive me to the airport in his own personal vehicle. He gave off such a warm and humbling energy that I felt comfortable to accept. Not your traditional parking garage. Pay first!! Once you park, you pay by texting P1080 to 504504. It will direct you to fill up info for your license plate & credit card info. Calculate how long you will need the parking. If you need more time, no worry, the parking garage will send reminder on text or email about the time. The parking also send a code to enter the parking if you need to go back. Simple & easy.

Best parking option downtown by far. I paid through a third party company. PEOPLE, make sure if you pay through a third party company to park in a garage that you get the access code to get back in the garage! I ran into the parking attendant cleaning in the stairwell, real nice guy. Would definitely park here again!

We found this park garage with the Way app. Cheap parking, it was $8.50 for six hours, but when we arrived back after a concert all the doors were locked and all the gates were closed. There was nowhere to get in or scan our QR code and no security on site to let us in. We got lucky because a car was pulling out and we were able to get in to get our car. Customer service wasn't answering either. This seems like a simple problem that needs to be fixed.

Good parking spot. Has a code for pedestrian access. Can probably not fit big SUVs.
