Premium Parking - P2211

I just received a $66.50 for a violation of parking in this garage. I went there for the first time to visit a local venue. I thought it was a municipal garage because there was no signage that indicated it was anything else. It does say "premium parking" but what does that mean? (Later I found out that this is the name of an actual company, but why would I know that?) The ticketing booth was covered and both gates were open. I assumed it was free after 5 pm as is typical for city parking meters and lots. I noticed there were some labelled spots as "reserved" and drove on to an area with a long blank wall without any reserved spots. Scammers! They stopped issuing tickets when you pull in. If you can’t figure out how to pay, they mail you a $60 ticket. Avoid this garage!
