I spoke with Theresa three times today regarding a billing concern. While I understood that the billing department officially reopens on Monday, I simply wrote an email to the management of the respective parking garage and received a reply shortly after — showing that the issue could have been easily addressed if Theresa had provided more information or guidance. Instead, she repeatedly told me to “call back on Monday,” raised her voice, and ultimately hung up on me. The new management as of the last few years is really terrible. The garage looks neglected and the staff always seems to be sleeping, except in the morning. I've told her about a hole in the concrete that I tripped on, she wrote up a report for her boss. It still has not been fixed. Under the old management this would never have happened. It's sad how the wrong person in charge can reverse all progress that was made.

Im a daily commuter and i get the monthly pass. Very convenient, especially in bad weather, to use the pedestrian bridge to get to the train platform. The back exit use to be for monthly users to leave the garage but now daily parkers can use the exit but they don't know how to use their ticket to open the gate. This causes a backup.

7 employees working at the same time, so they must have valet service right? Wrong! Ok then there must be 4 or 5 registers to ring people up? Nope! Just long lines at all times. Absolute waste of labor and of customers time. Either get more registers or get automated machines.
