Not sure why the earlier one-star reviews, but we found Karen and Jeff a pleasure to work with. They did a custom vanity top for us and the work was very high quality, done quickly and very reasonably priced. Will definitely use again and recommend to all our friends

Had mom’s granite done a few years ago and called multiple times to get someone to come out to and look into the issue. Talked to Karen and never heard back. When you spend $10k in granite and can’t have something looked at i don’t appreciate that. I reached out many times to talk with Jeff and never heard back. I will not being doing business with premium tops anymore. As a matter of fact we also wanted to have our bathrooms done and we went with another firm in kenosha which is top notch and actually responds to their customers. I give this place a 0 for customer service. Customers should be treated this way. I’m also attaching pictures of our granite issue.

After my visit to Premium Tops. I knew that what I was told about their finnished products was under rated. No need to go anywhere else. Karen and Jeff will take good care of you.

I think they make the nicest tops in the area.Karen and Jeff really know their products.

Was only in there 8 minutes and was never treated so rudely in my life by someone who apparently does not need my business.
