My roof was 15 years old and had some bad leak issues. Neill came out to give a quote and was very open and honest about the fact that I didn’t need to do a full replacement just yet but in the next 5 years definitely. I decided to go forward now. His quote was very reasonable compared to others I had received and I was impressed with the quality of the materials they use. The process was super smooth, I received samples to pick a color, got instructions for when things would be dropped off and when work would start and the project manager Dillon was on site all day to update me and answer questions as they uncovered rot and any other issues. Roof looks great I’m super happy with it and would highly recommend these guys to work with!

Roofing issues are a pain, plain and simple. We decided it was finally time to replace the roof after handling a few one-off repairs. We requested quotes from some bigger companies, thinking they'd be better due to size and reputation. The quotes were outrageous and had very little wiggle room. I regret not being able to give TEN stars ! I have managed properties since the late 1980s, and THIS 'restoration' project was the BEST experience I've ever had. The house and cabin look better than they did when new, and the issues with the rooftops, siding, and chimneys have been resolved. Many thanks to the various crews who worked together with Preservation to repair these properties.
