Randy did an amazing job at cleaning the driveway and patio for our home and was super professional from initial call to finishing the job. There were parts I did not expect to be cleaned and Randy was able to clean it! Great communication throughout the process and the attention to detail was outstanding. Was very, very happy with Randy and PWSD. Unlike some of the other vendors I spoke with Randy gave me his price right away (didn't go high and then come down, i.e. price gouge). I had a fixed bid quickly with his automation. I called up for a few details and in gaging Randy's manner, I knew he was my guy. The work was done with expertise and pride. Incredible experience!!! We hired Pressure Washing San Diego to clean our side and front patios. We have been living in our current apt for over two years and just thought the outdoor area looked as it was supposed to but pressure washing it with them was SUCH A GAME CHANGER! Now we know the actual color of our floors and walls as they were meant to be! It looks like a whole building from the outside. 10/10 we recommend and will be doing it routinely a couple times a year to keep it always like that!! Randy was super nice and easy to deal with, very friendly and accommodating. Price was more than fair, actually below others on the market. Best choice we could have made!
