From the initial consultation to the end result, Rich explained every step of the process. He provided options and described how the different options would come out based on our deck and wood type and condition of the wood. The process went fast, came out amazing and was priced very reasonably. Rich explained how the stain/seal would work and when to contact him again for maintenance. The whole experience was great. Rich and his company are excellent. I was given bogus bids for work on a porch, back deck and shed by other contractors and Rich took the time to re-evaluate, and help me figure out solutions without having to hire unnecessary and costly work. Richard performed a soft-wash of our house prior to painting. The back side of all facia boards did not get clean. We cleaned them by hand. A regular pressure-wash by someone on a ladder would have been preferable in our case.
