Shane quoted a job to install some protective electrical equipment at our business, Augusta Cleaners & Formals. He asked for a down payment of $1500 to purchase the needed equipment. We paid the down payment in November 2024. Here it is six months later and he still hasn’t returned our texts or calls nor contacted us to schedule the work. We have tried to be patient with him thinking that, perhaps, something has happened to him. However, we can see from the recent reviews that he is still active. At this point we cannot recommend Shane and Prestige Electric for anything. We await your reply, Mr. Woodson.

Shane did great work at our home & our business. He cleaned up & vacuumed each day before leaving. Friendly & easy to work with.

Shane installed a new ceiling fan and repaired our existing whole-house ventilator fan. We were very happy with his work and he did a great job communicating with us before and during the installation. He verified everything worked well and did a great job with cleanup before leaving. We would definitely call him again!

We had the power go out to our window AC and a couple of rooms in the house. It happened on a Thursday night and Friday morning we had to call someone to fix it. We called Prestige Electric and he answered his phone, no answering machine like the other places. He came out that afternoon and fixed everything. He was polite, friendly and thorough. Showed us what was wrong and what he fixed. And his pricing was very reasonable in my opinion. Thank goodness we have the AC back before this next heatwave. Thank you so much!!! I highly recommend calling him first!

Shane was AMAZING!!! So I called Shane at 1am for an emergency call at a commercial property. He was eager and quick to respond to the call that was 45 mins away. He shows up and an easy job turns into a difficult job. (Not his fault) the gate had a lock and we had no code, the issue was not the breaker and was something else, completed run around for him. He was so professional and did everything with a smile. A 1 hour job ended up taking 3+ hours. He ended up diagnosing the issue and fixed it. What a good guy! Shane, I appreciate everything you did for us. Thank you!! Great work!!!
