These guys knocked it out of the park! We had been without heat for almost 3 months because of another company’s mistake, I called prestige and they were here the next day and we had heat within 30 minutes. I couldn’t believe it. They were professional and kind. I will recommend them to all my clients now! Big fan!

Prestige was great at first - came out quickly for a quote, provided a competitive price, and showed up promptly to replace our AC. However, after the job was complete, we discovered that they had badly damaged the siding on the exterior of our home. Additionally, they even left a sizeable hole in the side of our house behind the AC unit. The contract we signed guaranteed a 1 year warranty on the work. We reached out to the manager multiple times, but the company refused to come out to repair the damage they caused. This led to us having to hire a separate contractor to repair the damages. I wish we had gone with one of the slightly higher priced quotes we received for our AC replacement and had the job done right the first time. Go with another company.

After multiple false starts not diagnosing the HVAC problem Nolan was able to isolate a broken baffle. When replaced this should finally solve this issue.
