Curt from Prestige was a pleasant and wonderful technician to interact and work with. During the initial inspection, we talked through what I had wanted to get serviced and he was able to get back to me on a reasonable quote by the end of the day. I interacted with nice lady - Kim - from Prestige who was prompt in emailing me back the status of the ordered part and scheduling the actual service. On the day of the service, Curt went straight to work and was patient in explaining the items and what he was doing. Prestige did an excellent job installing our full HVAC system in August 2024, and Curt told us we could reach out anytime if there was ever a problem. Last Saturday, we woke up to no heat or hot water in the house. The boiler had stopped working. We called Prestige’s emergency service line right away, and the receptionist said she would notify the team immediately. That was the last contact we had with anyone from Prestige all weekend. Every call after that went to voicemail, and we did not receive a single return call. We also texted Curt but never heard back. Top notch experience by Prestige Heating and Cooling. Our Central AC and Furnace died after running strong for years. I searched out Prestige due to their great reviews. They did not disappoint. We called, Curt came over promptly and assessed the situation. He gave us multiple options to choose from and explained each option thoroughly. Prestige replaced our Furnace, Central AC, and Hot Water Heater. They did an amazing job from start to finish. The new equipment works fantastic. What I also like about Prestige is they show up when they say they will, they don't leave a mess, and have great communication. We found their pricing to be reasonable when checking options.
