This was not a simple project, and they handled everything with professionalism and precision — from excavation to repair and cleanup. We paid this company $78,000 to design and install our yard, and unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. The design itself has major functional issues—any time we get weather, large areas of the yard turn into a pond due to poor drainage. Our in-ground trampoline was also installed in a way that makes it unsafe for our kids to use, which completely defeats the purpose & the in ground pump he installed for it to drain water doesn’t even work. Additionally, the sod was not properly compacted, and several of the trees died within the first year despite being guaranteed. We have been trying to get Manuel to come back and address these issues for over a year.
