I contacted Prestige Landscaping to do an estimate for a patio. When we scheduled it, they arrived on time, and brought everything required to make an appropriate estimate. Durring this process I found them to be very honest, up front, helpful, and very professional at all times. The team arrived when scheduled, and worked hard throughout the day. They kept me informed of the timetable, and immediately addressed any questions or concerns. I was particularly impressed with their flexibility when I wanted to make an adjustment to the plan, and offered suggestions as to how they could accomplish my new "vision" of what I wanted in a patio. I had nothing but a great experience with Jonah. He replied to my request for a quote within an hour. Was on site to bid a 10+ tree installation within 48 hours. Afterwards, he provided multiple quotes to fit within a competitive market. We could've hired someone else to do the job for cheaper (not by much). However, with Jonah's responsiveness, knowledge, and transparency; it was a no-brainer. Post job: Great, efficient, and professional work was done on our property. We will absolutely be looking to hire him again for future landscaping projects - without a doubt.

This place is terrible. I cancelled my services with them on 28 JUN 17 and paid my balance owed which was $100. Then on 4 AUG 17, I received and invoice for $150 for services in July. #1 I cancelled on 28 JUN 17 and #2 there weren't any mowing services rendered because I had moved onto another company. When I called to correct this issue, the woman I spoke with remembered talking to me but said she would have to confirm with her mowers that they didn't mow the lawn. Which is crazy because I had already moved onto another company. Either way, how can a company charge someone for services rendered after cancellation was requested. Also, after explaining all this, the receptionist hung up on me forcing me to make a complaint with the BBB. Hopefully, this gets resolved soon!!!!!!!
