Prestige Lawn & Landscape

Prestige company has great people working for them whom I assume are trained to pay attention to details and they did a wonderful job. While I am grateful for a job well done, I would also recommend them for all your lawn care. The pictures are takin 5 days after they mowed our lawn. Fantastic job!

We are THRILLED with Prestige Lawn & Landscape! Last Thursday I contacted two companies to get a quote for weekly lawn mowing service, and within a VERY short amount of time, Chris Chen from Prestige got back to me. He was polite, very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable, and provided me a quote. After waiting a number of hours to hear back from the other company, my husband and I decided to go forward with Prestige, as clearly they wanted our business and cared about providing prompt customer service. Somehow Chris managed to pull some strings, and instead of having to wait a full week to get our lawn mowed (our neighborhood is on a Thursday mowing schedule), he was able to contact his team and they came over THAT DAY and cut our large yard! I watch the crew, cut the lawn, blow all the grass and leaves into a pile right at a critical turn on a bike trail. When I asked them to remove it, they just blew it around some more. They had no clue on the proper way to remove the debris. Just in a rush, taking shortcuts and avoiding issues, a real safety liability.

After reading so many positive reviews we were disappointed by the lack of communication and timeliness. We asked for a quote for lawn care and landscaping and received a partial quote 1 month ago with a promise to complete the quote once a manager could evaluate the job. After 1 month and 2 follow up phone call inquiries we have unfortunately not heard back. We had every intention of hiring this group but at this point I worry about the professionalism and timeliness of the company.

Tim's lawn are teams are hard working, reliable and pay very good attention to detail. They hear us and are the best in northern Virginia.
