Very thorough, knowable and efficient. Bill and JR got our system up and running on a super cold stretch of weather and we have heat! Good explanation of work done and tips for more efficient heating. Prestige is top notch!

I had used Prestige for services before and had been happy with quick response and good work. Most recently, however, the plumber extensively damaged my ductwork and the company will not acknowledge their error. Even after explaining that I had recently had the ductwork repaired and that no one had been under house since that time. I became aware of the problem a few days after paying them for work done. It was our first cold evening of the year and I noticed one vent not blowing air after feeling the room was not heating up as it normally did. I then found multiple other vents inoperable. Repairs are going to cost over $2000. I am disappointed to say the least.

It was a pleasure working with Prestige. They put in 3 mini splits and plumbing and water in an existing building. They completed the work quickly and the work was meticulous. They did such a great job we brought them back on another project 4 months later to put in a mini split. Again work done superbly! Lastly we have now used them in an existing unit that was acting up, we called and they showed up with-in the hour. Service techs are super friendly and knowledgeable, the office staff is great and super accommodating. Wish I could give more than 5 stars

Had an emergency water leak that was unexpected. Called a list of local plumbers in our area. Prestige answered immediately and sent someone immediately to fix the issue but then needed to come back for further work! They were fast. Reliable. Trustworthy. Honest. Dependable. Experienced. And very affordable even under emergency conditions!!! Prestige is now our go to plumbers for everything!!! Andy. Grant. And Daniel. (Graniel). I highly recommend you give them a try! There is something shady going on with this company, especially after seeing the other review. I believe they may be trying to burglarize unoccupied homes or homes under construction under the guise of “being at the wrong address”. When I called their number they stated they were at the wrong address then told me an address in a different zip code they were TRYING to go to. Not even close to my address, the woman on the phone was extremely rude at stuttered with a excuse for why their employee was tampering with my lockbox, didn’t knock one time, then looked in my windows!!! This person trespassed on my property while it was under construction. Then tried to force open my lockbox on my home and looked into two of my windows….i filed a police report with the wicomico county sheriff. You ar
