This is our second swim spa in over 13 years from Prestige. We have been buying from them for longer as this is our 3 spa. Can’t beat the service from them! Come in with a crane to install. Very professional with excellent service. Thank you again.

We purchased the Aquatic Neptune Spa from the store on Watson in Crestwood in April. 4 gentlemen delivered it and set it up on our deck where we wanted it .That wasn’t the easiest install, being one of the heaviest spas of course! The tub worked great for 2 days but then started posting error codes about it having heating or water flow issues . I contacted the showroom and they sent 2 technicians out right away to check the problem. They determined that the brand new circulation pump failed and replaced it in about an hour. They checked the tub again with everything hooked up and running to make sure everything was good. The tub has worked great since, and we enjoy it almost every night. Thanks Paul and Steve and the rest of your team ,that made this purchase and service experience ever

Great customer service and family owned from St. Louis for years and years. They felt like family to us during the planning process and throughout the build. Very professional and our pool turned out beautiful. Love the people who work in the store and always get good advice taking care of our beautiful saltwater Prestige Pool.

They did a great job on our pool and Kim kept us up to date on things as they developed. Everyone was friendly and made sure the work was completed properly. We love our new pool!
