Prestige Property Services of WNY

We paid Prestige to come lay a stamped concrete patio last summer. The job took a month to be finished and our lawn was ruined due to the length of time construction vehicles were left in our yard. These are photos of just months after the patio was finished--color completely stripped. When we reached out to the company, phone lines were disconnected, emails no longer accessible and their website was removed. We filed a claim against their insurance in which the insurance company was able to get a hold of the company and they at first denied doing the work, then lied about the date (despite them advertising our patio across their social media pages) and finally just never accepted responsibility for any of the low quality work. This was not an easy project as a few trades had to work between the removal of concrete, grading and the final pour. The Prestige Team was helpful and professional in getting the job in before the season change. With the unusual schedule, Prestige was there on time and completed jobs necessary for the next steps. This job was completed as quoted. I will not hesitate to hire this company for my future projects. Conscientious workers each one of them. Highly recommend.
