Jeff counseled me as to the Possibilities of getting my carpet stretched and cleaned. He explained what needed to be done and what he could do, Advising me of problems that might occur. I made my decision as to what I wanted done and he completed the job above and beyond my expectations. My carpet was seven years old and starting to discolor . And had humps in it. Now my carpet has no Humps and looks almost new!!!
