Once again, the lack of good customer service is not surprising give my experience with this company. Presto Moving is the definition of a bait-and-switch operation. I've been in the business for over 25 years and I know the difference between a bad, good and great moving company. Presto is the only company I can say that is GREAT. My clients have ALWAYS been more than happy with their service. The last thing I need is to have a buyer calling me up because the mover didn't show up or broke their stuff.
