Pretty Clean Construction

I hired Pretty Clean Construction to do my roof, the boiler and hot water heater chimney, and my wood-burning fireplace. Overall, I’m very happy with their work and the way everything turned out. The roof looks great, and the level of detail they put into it shows they really take pride in their craftsmanship. The chimney work for the boiler and water heater was done extremely well — clean, neat, and up to code. There were some minor corrections I requested during the process, but they were very responsive and professional in addressing them. I really appreciated that they listened to my concerns and made sure I was comfortable with the final results. I had a awesome experience with Pretty Clean Construction. I had 2 houses that were in need of repairs. I decided to do one roof with Pretty Clean. I was so happy with the job and the reasonable price that I got them to immediately work on the roof for the 2nd house. They did excellent work and everything was cleaned up to my delight. I highly recommend this company to all my friends.

They were easy to work with and made sure they explained everything they were doing. They showed me pictures of my roof for proof and were flexible with pricing. The owner even gave me tips on other areas of my home which may need work done in the future. Will definitely be using them again.

Wish I could rate them 0 stars. Too many things to complain about, like them not showing up when they said they would, leaving the hose on for days causing the nearby basement wall to be saturated with water, not including a drainage system in the construction of my retaining wall which has led to unsightly efflorescence, poor craftsmanship which allows me to see the cinderblock and every joint line under the skim coat, etc. Buyer beware.

I reached out to Pretty Clean Construction for an assessment of the issues. They were very professional and prompt. The estimates were very fair and the work was awesome.
