It’s too bad that Price Rite that used to deliver on time and with a very competitive rate, has allowed themselves to hike their prices and at times when you request fill-up, it may take 10 days or longer to get delivery. The last 2 deliveries took forever and each time they only delivered enough to fill my tank to just over half full. If your customer base has grown, get another truck and driver and deliver in a more reasonable time frame, and don’t charge more than your competition, your price today 1-27-2026 is $3.89, whereas today my local oil company delivered for $3.50, and I filled my diesel pickup truck for $3.69. It’s sad that I have to switch.

Horrible company, they promise a delivery date and then dont show up. I ordered on Friday January 9th and they delivered on January 20th. Horrible place to do business. They call to confirm your order, charge your card instantly and then you wait. And if you email them and let them know they did not show up the day they told you they would, well then don't expect a call back or a simple email response for concerns you didnt get your delivery. Used them for years and after this last late delivery, no call to apologize and not even a simple courtesy email shows how they really feel about they're loyal customers. Do yourself a favor, stay clear of PriceRite. I would rather pay a little bit more and have reliable service than this outfit. Pricewrong is a more fitting name for this company.

I used this company since 2019, and issues were always a thing, but the last 2 years have been horrendous. The late delivery (10-11pm), no delivery for days after waiting 1-2 weeks on their schedule, precharges 100 gallons and charges the remaining gallons moments after delivery, charge you for someone else's delivery after not delivering and still haven't refunded the difference. I've taken my business elsewhere. Best Luck Price Rite.

I’ve been really impressed with this oil and propane company. Their prices are super reasonable, which makes it easy to keep up with regular orders without worrying about the cost. The staff are really friendly and easy to work with they always make the whole process simple and stress-free. Deliveries have been smooth every time, with no issues at all, which I really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a great experience, and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable service at a good price. Totally recommend to first time customers!!

Been using them for the 4 winters we've been in our house. No major issues, until this time. Ordered online October 16th, Thursday. Got a call the next day, saying they'd be out in 2 weeks, on the 30th. And my card was billed. Most times we order, it's over a week until they deliver, but we do live in a small town, and I think they only come up this way every so often. The 30th comes and goes, and we don't have oil. This is at least the 2nd or 3rd time they've not delivered when promised, and don't bother calling to inform us.
