We were so blessed when this company knocked on our door after a hail storm. I cannot recommend them enough! The customer service, the professionalism and the friendly staff/owners are so knowledgeable that we ended up with an entirely new quality roof! They are licensed in 3+ states which says a lot and they make you very like a priority. From start to finish, Priddy Roofing is at the top of their game. Every step was explained, there was no pressure to purchase, pictures were provided and customer service was top notch. Couldn't ask for better service. Installation was timely and professionally done. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

We had a great experience with Priddy Roofing. Our roof is very unique and more challenging than most, but their crew handled it really well and did a great job. We did have some leaks around a couple of skylights at first, but they came back out quickly and fixed it, and we haven’t had any issues since. Colton, the project manager, was awesome—he explained everything clearly and kept great communication throughout the process. We regretfully contracted Priddy Roofing & Exteriors ("Priddy") for our full roof replacement on our home. Unfortunately, we found out the hard way that Priddy is a general contractor masquerading as a roofing company, subcontracting underqualified, substandard crews, who do not hold the certifications Priddy advertises. What's more, the actual installers lack common sense. Priddy and their subs are either grossly negligent or incredibly incompetent - perhaps both - as our roof was installed during rainy and wet conditions on August 13, 2025, without our knowledge of the local weather conditions, while we were nearly 500 miles away on vacation. According to our security camera footage, no one from Priddy supervised or inspected the work after it was completed. I mentioned this to the owner

Excellent company to work with on your new roof. They completed the project quickly so we didn’t have additional damage to our house. The workers left no debris or nails in the yard and completed the work in one day. They worked closely with our insurance company to ensure the damage to the roof was paid for and to expedite payment. I would highly recommend Priddy Roofing to put a new roof on your home.
