I got bids from 5 different vendors and decided on Southernwood. I really like working with Andrew Lee, he was patient with my indecision and wasn’t pushy. He also helped guide me with design choices. Love the warranty and the instant energy improvement.

Horrible customer service a year after installation. Before the installation, they were helpful, responsive, and very nice. Unfortunately, that completely changed afterward. About a year later, our roof started leaking and we had to get it repaired. When we reached out to them, they denied responsibility and kept deferring the issue. After going back and forth with them for a while, it became clear they weren’t going to stand by their own work, so we eventually gave up. I wasn’t planning to leave a review, but I can’t be the only person this has happened to. I just want to warn others about our experience.

We recently received a beautiful renovation /update from Southernwood. Our project included window and exterior door replacements. We were overwhelmed with the skill, workmanship, customer service and even the cost, as compared to other estimates. Our experience began with Andrew, our sales consultant. He was low pressure, extremely knowledgeable and communicated with us throughout our custom project. Andrew gave us great ideas to enhance our look. He shared the features that were particularly important to an updated look and to safety, while maintaining our budget. Southernwood Roofing did an excellent job replacing my 25 year old roof. I was blown away by the kindness and respect of the crew. No swearing, no loud music, just hardworking men. They did a big roof with multiple angles in one day. And THEY CLEANED UP their mess. No nails or trash to be found! I am just super impressed. Excellent work, excellent crew. We chose southern wood for our new entry door and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Our salesperson was Andrew who provided us a knowledgeable no pressure presentation with so many options. The installers came and left and other than the noise (not that bad) you would not have known they were there. Their work was perfect and every piece of dirt cleaned afterward. The whole process was pure ease and we would not hesitate to recommend or use them again for any future work.
