Pride installed a 9,000 BTU Mitsubishi ductless mini-split system for me, and the installation was completed to a very high technical standard. Ray carefully planned the system layout, resulting in optimal placement of both the indoor air handler and the outdoor condenser for efficiency, serviceability, and appearance. The installation crew demonstrated excellent craftsmanship throughout. The wall penetration through the cinder block was clean and precise, with full dust containment during drilling and no mess left behind. The line set was routed neatly, properly insulated, and well-supported, with a clean exterior finish. Electrical connections and disconnect placement were done professionally, and the condensate management was thoughtfully executed. The system was clearly commissioned

I want to thank Alex Morrison at Pride for thoroughly understanding my dryer duct issue and performing his task of blowing out the duct inside and on the roof. He in turn noticed there was an issue with the duct not fully exposed preventing the air flow causing my issue. I contacted the roofer and the situation was remedied. Thanks to Alex going the extra step and taking a picture, I had the proof I needed. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and answered all my questions. Jacob from Pride Appliance Repair came to our house to repair the non-working A/C and replace our thermostat. He immediately identified the problem and made the repair quickly and perfectly. He was friendly, courteous, professional and worked intelligently and definitively. We will ask for him the next time we need any HVAC service.

We needed the motor of our air-conditioning unit replaced. They sent Jacob who was an exceptional technician. Not only was he able to fix the problem, but he went out of his way to make sure everything was working properly. I can honestly tell you I’ve never had a more courteous young man in my home.
