We have a handmade rug from SE Asia and a machine made area rug that were heavily used between 13 to 17 years. Pride cleaners picked up and dropped off our rugs. They did an outstanding job removing pet, food, and dirt stains that have accumulated over the years. 💯 Satisfied and highly recommend splurging and getting your carpets cleaned. I'm definitely going to get the other carpets cleaned in the Spring or Summer 😻

HIGH FIVE for getting my sipping wet, cream-colored, hand-tufted wool rug back to its original shape. No smells, no brown stains. I’m so delighted. It wasn’t quite right at first, but the customer service was excellent and the technician talked me through his process to help me understand what he did and how it would help get the rug back to its original cream color. Thank you!

This company is so honest and professional it is refreshing in today's society. Called them to clean the upholstery on my living room furniture and he was very honest and said that it probably would leave water marks all over the fabric and actually look worse. Don't know many places that would turn down the opportunity to make money. I will be calling them to do my carpet cleaning in the future.

Rude customer service. Deliberately cancelled my reservation that we discussed in detail just a couple days prior and lied to my face about it. Im glad he did bc he didn’t deserve my money anyway.

Pride was able to get our carpets cleaned on the day we purchased our home. They were very nice and courteous and I highly recommend them.
