I really appreciate Pride A/C. They installed a new HVAC system in my home, and the entire experience was excellent. From customer service to the technicians, everyone was professional and helpful. I especially appreciate Jason for his outstanding customer service. The team is very responsive and always finds a way to help. Whenever I call for service, they do their best to come out as quickly as possible and fix issues quickly. The technicians are friendly and knowledgeable. My most recent service was with Andy—he was great, professional, and very knowledgeable.

Pride AC and Heating service CO. provided excellent service from start to finish. The technician, Thomas Hahn, was outstanding professional, knowledgeable, and extremely thorough. He clearly explained the parts that needed to be ordered to complete the heating replacement and personally followed up with both me and my home warranty company to make sure everything was approved and delivered in timely manner. Also, Johnathan came to install the furnace and he made sure the system was working properly and kept me informed every step of the way. Fred was nice, polite, professional and extremely efficient. He quickly was able to identify our issue, had the available part in his truck, fixed the problem and was done in 15-20 minutes. Company was referred/assigned via home warranty. First the scheduler was very pleasant, answered, and noted all of my questions about my service request. I was fortunate to have same day service. The technician who came was also very pleasant and answered my questions as well. He also shared some prevetative tips... Would welcome this service vender again as well as recommended to friends and family..
