Called them and talked with a gentlemen (I think the owner) about installing a ductless system. Unfortunately, their schedule and my timeline didn't line up, so it was evident in the first minute or two that i wouldn't be able to use them. Even though he knew it wouldn't result in business (this time), he spent over ten additional minutes on the phone with me answering questions and giving insight and advice. Talk about refreshing. This is how you run a business, it's about the long game. Thank you Priest River Heating and Cooling.

I called in the middle of winter because my electric furnace wasn’t working right. They came out the same day and immediately fixed my furnace. I highly recommend Priest River Heating & Cooling; they will always have my business and I’m happy to tell my neighbors. Thank you

Darrin was GREAT!! We live in a place were most of the businesses are closed on Saturday. When I called Priest River Heating & Cooling on a Saturday because we had a leak in our hydro system he came right out to help us. He fixed it right up and the price was reasonable! .....Thanks Darrin!!

My heater went out in a mobile home in 25 degree weather. Priest River H & C responded with same day service. They diagnosed the problem correctly and even had the part on their service truck. Polite and professional. I'm not sure how you can get more five star than that.

Darin came out quickly, when somebody accidentally dumped a jug of liquid detergent into the cold air return in the Laundry Room...which just happened to be directly above the furnace...Cleaned, fixed, tested...up and running again.....and that's nice, with a wind chill warning in effect. Hire them for your HVAC needs, I did.
