Prillaman Mechanical, Htg., & A/C

I want to say this experience with Prillaman was wonderful. I called that morning around 9/10 am and the lady I spoke to was very nice & professional. I was not expecting to get a technician to my house today but, sure enough she told me there was someone who could come that afternoon and he did. He was able to fix my issue while he was here and I believe it was worth it knowing I have heat again tonight.

I cannot express my gratitude in words. This company is honest, thorough, kind, patient, etc. I have no complaints. From the moment we called until the moment our transaction was completed, we were treated like their most important customer. Kayla is exceptional. She coordinated everything with precision. Jordan is an amazing technician. If you are looking for somebody who is knowledgeable and an expert in HVAC and heating (furnace), but you also want a technician who is a gentle soul, kind, polite, a good human being, ask for Jordan. He inspected our unit so thoroughly even though he knew that there wasn’t anything wrong with it. Even though he knew what the noise was, he checked the system thoroughly to ensure that we were safe. I will never use anyone else.

I would recommend Prillaman highly! They not only were they at our home less than one hour after I called with a heating challenge, but Mike Green diagnosed the problem and fixed it quickly! His attitude and bravery to go under our home in the cold were wonderful! Plus, I got a discount for being one of their regular customers! We has our gas boiler and all pipes replaced. The techs did an excellent job. They came as scheduled and did the job as agreed. Very professional. They stayed on task until the job was completed. They explained to.my husband what had to be done. They cleaned up behind them selves. There was no mess. We have gotten two phone calls in with in three days of installation to make sure there is no problems. Great service. Just to say, it was NO pressure at the initial visit and estimate to buy other services. Great job!

Needed ducts cleaned on a property that we are rehabbing. Lee at Prillaman was made getting the job quoted and scheduled effortless. Price for the service was in line and competitive with others. Had called others but either did not receive a response or our location was too far out of their service area. Prillaman was different in that they wanted our business. Service techs showed up on time, were courteous and expertly performed the cleaning and even sealed areas that needed attention. Definitely recommend.
