Primavera Grading And Paving, LLC

The primavera team came out and completed some major grading for me in our backyard. They were able to move 8” of site fill and rebalance it across the site of 1-1/4 acres. At the same time, making sure that the flow of the yard was correct and everything drained in amazing time frame. Yesterday on Friday 9/26/2025, we received record amounts of rain water. Our yard was able to control the flow of the rain from the entire site to the a centralized wash….the wash filled up and drained twice, leaving no standing water over a 1/4” within house of the rain stopping. Excellent workmanship and professionalism from Oscar’s team.
