The Emergency bed bug guys did excellent job for completely removing the bed bug issues. After struggling with other companies who didn't do anything I came across these guys and they are really good and they know what they are doing. They follow up exactly as it was plan to make sure we don't have that bed bugs issue again. The most important thing is they educated us about how to prevent this type of bed bug issue. They gave a good warranty on the service with a good price.

These guys are great. They work professionally. Technician Henry Got here on time for my bed bugs treatments and he was so polite. As a satisfied customer, I will boldly put them on to my friends and neighbors as well.

I had this issue with Roaches and mice at home. I called on Primax to come solve these issues for me. Initially they sent a technician to come and inspect the place and see what they could fine. They found the holes where the mice were coming from and all the issues breeding the roaches. After addressing the issues, Primax gave me a deal that i was ready to go with, after calling around and getting ridiculous estimates. They came prepared the next day, on time to fight my problems for me. They patched up all the holes and setup traps and sticky boards to trap the mice and the roaches. They cleaned up real good after they had finished with the set up. Come the next morning the traps had 2 big mice and the sticky board was full of roaches and other insects. Why can’t you give zero stars? Beware of these people. Called this company around 11 am and paid for an emergency call for bed bugs. The woman on the phone (Samantha?) quoted me a reasonable price that she specifically said included heat treatment and chemical treatment. It was very straightforward and clear, and she said they could treat when they were there. When the “tech” arrived, he told me I was down for “roaches” (does anyone even schedule an emergency call for roaches?) and that I should talk to his manager. Manager Kofi (sp?) first told me that I was wrong and basically crazy, and then told me they were wrong and it was a mistake, and they couldn’t cover their costs with that pricing or fix it.
