I was really impressed with Prime air solutions. Adam was so professional and helpful. He arrived assessed the situation with my dryer and was able to advise me and gave good direction on next steps. The overall experience was great and I appreciate their service. The price was great given the repair needed for my dryer. I was overall very happy.

Our oven stopped working, no power, nothing. Paul from Prime Air Solutions came out to diagnose the problem. He carefully disassembled the oven which is a built-in model and not free standing. He determined that there was a blown thermal fuse and replaced it. He carefully re-installed the oven and made sure it was functional. He was courteous and professional. We greatly appreciated that he let us know when he would arrive and was punctual.

My dryer wasn't getting any heat to dry the clothes. Adam quickly took my LG dryer apart found the thermal fuse and restarted it cleaned out all the lint that had tripped the fuse and shortened the air flow duct that was too long. Adam was very professional and did an excellent job. I highly recommend Prime Appliance Repair and I will definitely use them for future appliance repairs.

A burning smell was coming from my dryer. Paul from Prime Air Solutions came out the next day, inspected my dryer and cleaned out all the lint. Service was excellent, Paul was very helpful and gave me some great advice about how to maintain my dryer. I will have him back again when my dryer needs cleaning.
