Mike Moore is the biggest scam artist out there. If you ever have the displeasure of speaking with this conman, do not trust a word he says. My grandmother was having her bathroom redone including shower doors, walls, handles. He requested $3000 with the promise of procuring materials for the remodel. She was only met with countless excuses of delays in delivering the materials for over a year. He likely never even placed the order. Be sure to read his scam of a contract in which he spells out how if you don’t cancel his service within 3 days of signing, but he hasn’t placed the materials order yet, you’re still obligated to pay 25-50% of the total service price. This "remodel" was a farce from the get-go. It took over 6 months to even get it started. I was promised it would be done in a week but took over 3 months to complete and the end result is horrible. $10,000 down the drain. Save yourself the aggravation and go anywhere else. IF you can get a callback from the "President" Mike all you'll get are excuses...

This company has not even replied back to me after I give them a deposit of $3600 been talking and texting supposedly the president Mike Moore always responding back with maybe a text telling me somebody will come out they sent one man out he had no idea what he was even doing at my house did not have the drawings was here for three minutes and left I called the president once again now I’m texting the salesman I’m getting nothing but the runaround I’m about to seek legal rapid representation towards this company I would never refer them!!! I think it’s a shame that anybody Hass to go through this but I’m not going to sit back and let this happen

This company (Dr. Drew Andrews) went to my mothers home to give her a quote on a bath remodel. She gave him a deposit. He immediately cashed the check per the bank. Unable to reach anyone for a refund. We are proceeding with a civil suit against him and a law suit against this company.

Absolutely awful! I would not recommend them to anyone. The sub that did the work was very friendly but was inexperienced in a total remodel and the sheetrock work was dreadful. The sub would not come back to install the shower glass doors because the owner had not paid him. The owner was horrible, he never followed up. Awful!!!!
